Our partnerships with Online Travel Agencies and others can offer you a host of benefits that may not otherwise be accessible. Our Reservations team can manage all your hotel reservations, or offer additional resources if you need cover.

We can make recommendations for affiliations for your specific hotel, enabling you to benefit from becoming part of an exclusive hotel community with a global presence and guests who are seeking properties just like yours. 

Sponsorships and partnerships

Sponsorships and partnerships are integral to what we do. We don’t believe it’s enough to simply exist as part of a community; instead, we seek ways for our hotels, employees, guests, and partners to contribute meaningfully to people and places through sponsorship and collaboration, in turn bringing visibility and brand awareness to their properties.

All Brook Serene employees are granted two paid days off each year to work in a charity or community group of choice.   Allowing them to give back to their own communities.

We review all requests for sponsorships and donations through rigorous criteria to ensure that there is a win:win scenario for all parties and that the organisations and groups being supported are a suitable fit for the hotel brand.
