Wonderful Hotel amazing Staff great Food and service very well located for easy walking distance to sight see in yet another Beautiful place in New Zealand we would happily recommend this Hotel to anyone

We had a corner room with windows on two sides, so it was light and airy. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom well-equipped, with every attention to detail.. Its location made the city easily accessible and the pretty gardens were an added attraction. The staff were most welcoming, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. The little bear that appeared on our bed and the chocolates left on our bedside table were the icing on the cake ! We would highly recommend this delightful hotel.

We were waited on and made to feel special. Everyone, I repeat EVERYONE was smiling and friendly and genuine. Cant speak highly enough of the staff.Our room was beautifully appointed. Bathroom has no individual fan, so that would be our only criticism. View of the park was delightful. Only pity was that we didnt have enough time to use all the facilities and enjoy them longer!
